Argisht Karapetyan

Argisht Karapetyan joined Renovaro Biosciences as Controller, with 10 years of experience in public and corporate accounting. He began his career in public accounting at BDO USA, leading integrated financial statement audits for publicly traded corporations with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $1B. His experience varies from industries such as life sciences, medical devices, digital media, technology, and software companies. Leveraging his experience in public accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, Mr. Karapetyan transitioned into corporate accounting roles. He previously served as Assistant Controller at Simulations Plus, Inc., where he led corporate accounting in consolidating financial statements, SEC reporting, SOX- 404, and ERP implementations. Mr. Karapetyan holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy from California State University, Northridge. In addition, he is an active Certified Public Accountant with the California Board of Accountancy.
